Advanced Capital Management Spółka Akcyjna is a new, but rapidly developing company established by ACM Sp. z o.o. (Limited Liability Company).

The Joint Stock Company was registered in the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy), maintained by the Regional Court for Wroclaw Fabryczna (Sad Rejonowy dla Wroclawia Fabrycznej) under No. 0000245537, on the day of 30 November 2005. The registered stock capital of the Company amounted to PLN 500 000. However, the Company continuously increases the stock capital amount. At the moment, the Company is on the stage of increasing the stock capital by the amount of PLN 1 million.

The basic scope of the Company’s activity is the Internet sales of consumption goods, run with the use of our own software system that makes it possible to interconnect the manufacturers of consumption goods co-operating with the Company, with the end-buyer. The system worked out guarantees the best possible way to develop contacts between the seller and the buyer as well as it makes it possible to enter fruitful co-operation and development the best possible contacts with the customers.

The activity of the Company is oriented towards uninterrupted co-operation with manufacturers of consumption goods, interested in sales of their goods via Internet, in the whole European Union.

For this purpose, the Company tries to establish its branches in all 25 countries united in the European Union, in order to enable for the manufacturers the access to the sales markets in the countries involved.
